Lemon Cream Sauce
Yield: Approximately 1 cup

2 Tbsp Butter
¼ Diced Shallots
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
½ cup White Wine
¼ cup Sunkist® Lemon Pepper Caesar Dressing
¾ cup Heavy Cream
1. Place a sauté pan on medium heat, melt butter and sauté shallots and garlic together until the shallots turn translucent, about 1 minute.
2. Add in the white wine and reduce by ½.
3. Add in the Sunkist® Lemon Pepper Caesar Dressing and the cream and stir until well combined.
4. Cook until slightly thickened (about 2 minutes) and lather over grilled chicken, vegetables, or seared fish.
