
Orange Sesame Ginger Stir-fry

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 cup Bite Sized Broccoli Florets
1 cup Shaved Brussel Sprouts
2 cups Shredded Kale
½ cup Sliced Carrots
½ cup Snow Peas
½ cup Diced Red Cabbage
2 cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
1 cup Sunkist® Orange Sesame Ginger Dressing
Instructions:
1. Heat a sauté pan or wok over high heat.
2. Add oil to the pan and toss in the broccoli florets, kale, brussel sprouts, carrots, and cabbage. Cook until lightly colored, about 4 minutes.
3. Add the snow peas and jasmine rice and mix until well incorporated. Fold in the Sunkist® Orange Sesame Ginger Dressing using a spatula and remove from heat.
