Orange Sesame Cashew Chopped Salad

Ingredients:

½ cup Shredded Napa Cabbage

½ cup Diced Radicchio

½ cup Shredded Carrots

1 ½ cup Baby Kale or Spring Mix

1 cup Baby Arugula

½ cup Edamame

1 cup Grilled Chicken

¾ cup Sunkist® Orange Sesame Ginger Dressing

1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 cup Crispy Chow Mein Noodles

Note: you can replace the cabbage, radicchio, and carrots with 1 ½ cups of a pre-packaged slaw mix

Instructions:

1. Toss all the ingredients into a bowl with Sunkist® Orange Sesame Ginger Dressing and mix well.
