Mandarin Fig Balsamic Cream Sauce

Yield: Approximately 1 cup of sauce, 4 servings

Serving Size: ¼ cup

1 Tbsp Butter

¼ cup Diced Shallots

2 cloves Garlic, chopped

½ cup White Wine

¼ cup Sunkist® Mandarin Fig Dressing

¾ cup Heavy Cream


1. Place a sauté pan on medium heat, melt butter, and add shallots and garlic together until the shallots turn translucent, about 1 minute.

2. Add in the white wine and reduce by ½.

3. Add in the Sunkist® Mandarin Fig Dressing and the cream and stir until well combined.

4. Cook until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes, and drizzle over grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, or seared fish.
